YOUR FIRST VISIT
- You can schedule your appointment here online and even fill out your forms through our downloadable links below. Our team will call you to get any details we’re missing and make sure everyone is on the same page.
- When you walk through our office door, the receptionist will say hello.
- After capturing any necessary photographs, X-rays, and digital scans, we’ll complete an exam so that we understand any problems your smile is facing. Then, it’ll be time to plan out any needed treatment.
- Our treatment coordinator will review the treatment schedule and your financial options with you so that there are no loose ends once the appointment is over. We want our patients to leave with a firm plan for future care so that they can achieve the oral health and confidence they need.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Out of courtesy for our other patients, if a conflict occurs in your scheduled appointment time, please give at least 48 hours notice. This ensures that we stay on time and schedule, which allows us to provide the best treatment possible for all of our patients.

It can be irritating when you’re ready to see the doctor but you have to fill out form after form in a stuffy waiting room first. That’s why our team helps you complete this part of the process before you ever step foot through the front door with online patient forms. We gladly accept all PPO plans, and our team will also actively work to help you maximize your benefits so you can save as much as possible.
